Not a Compact, YET, Not a DSLR; A Camera Like No Other.

Should I, or should I not?

The reasoning behind the Pen was principally a marketing one. In an interview, Mr Watanabe said that for a number of reasons, Micro Four Thirds was developed to meet the demands of those who wanted a DSLR but without the size problems that come with one. “More and more customers are female and don’t want, require or need a larger camera.” He continued: “20% of compact camera users have thought about buying a DSLR at one stage but hesitated due to the size.”

Above said is very true in my case. Should I spend on a new computer or a new compact-dslr-capable-camera?

Of great minds: 31 August: 1 Malaysia. 15Malaysia.

Today is the 31st of August 2009. As what normally happen in previous years, people tend to make wrong assumption/confused with Independence Day of Malaya (Hari Kemerdekaan Tanah Melayu), being the “Anniversary/Birthday” for Malaysia. Sorry people, no offense intended, jangan ambil hati okay, but I am rather disguted with those taking history lightly. As George Santayana lays it, “Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it”. So people, lets not make this mistake again next year. 31 August is NOT the anniversary of Malaysia, it is the day when Malaya got its Independence. And notice that Malaya is used instead of Malaysia? Please be mindful of the terms used as Borneo (Sabah and Sarawak) only receive its independence 16 days later, which is also the day Malaysia is formally formed, an thus, when expressing “Happy Anniversary Malaysia”, it should be on the 16th Sepetember instead of 31st August. Faham itu rakan-rakan?

Peliknya, tiada sambutan pun dilakukan pada hari ‘Malaysia’ itu sendiri ditubuhkan, kecuali pada 16/09/2008.

Adakah erti kemerdekaan itu dihayati dengan sekadar sambutan? Sekadar melaungkan MERDEKA pada perkataan? Sekadar menslogankan 1 Malaysia? Sekadar persoalan merangkap luahan fikiran. 1 Malaysia: Rakyat Didahulukan. Pencapaian Diutamakan.

Of small minds: I am (still) Alive!

My life had been pretty hectic since I last wrote and that explains why my last post was on 18.07.2009. I have few interesting stuffs jotted down in a notebook, awaiting TIME before it could be brought into proper sentences and to be type and post upto blog.

However, TIME is the element that I am lacking of.

Will update all those stuffs when I have the TIME to do so. As for now, other matter comes into priority and as the saying goes, priority first.
